Channing, set in the heart of idyllic Highgate, maintains our high standards for our camp venues with its large hall, Astro-Turf pitches, drama room and plenty of well equipped classroom spaces. Popular with students of the junior school, Channing is an ideal venue for our multi-activity camps to take place!
Active Day Camps are excited to partner with SweetTree Farm this Summer where children aged 6 -12 will able to experience time away from the busy city in a more outdoorsy environment.
Summer Holiday: 8th – 26th July / 12th – 23rd August
Camps are held at Channing Junior School, 1 Highgate High Street, London, N6 5JR. We offer two programmes: Multi-Activity for ages 4-11 and Early Years for ages 3-4. Per Ofsted regulations, Early Years children should be dropped off after 9 AM and collected by 2 PM.
All of our staff have enhanced DBS checks, and our Early Years programme is run by Level 3 qualified coaches. Our experienced managers will make your child feel welcome and with trained First Aiders on site, we ensure all of our venues are safe and secure. Active Day Camps prides itself in running at the best venues, carefully selected across North and South London. Our venues are located in Hampstead, St John's Wood, Belsize Park, Highgate and Chelsea at world class schools and sporting venues.
Our attendees cover a broad range of ages from our Early Years programme (3-4 years old) to our Multi-Activities (4 -11 years old) and Sports Camps (6-12 years old). We have an even mix of boys and girls who attend our camps, making it the perfect place for siblings to come and enjoy their holidays.
Active Day Camps offers a multi-activity from sports and art to drama and dodgeball - we have it covered! What makes Active Day Camps special is that a child gets a choice of activity in every session, therefore they can create their own bespoke timetable, nurturing their independence and maximising the joy.
